Wayne Douglas Swyrd
On Saturday February 16/25 our sweet Wayne lost his battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Annette of 38 years , son Wesley, daughter Veronica. Sister Shauna (Rob), brother Bradley, brother Rob and many loving nieces and nephews. He was pre deceased by mom Lillian and Father Orest. Wayne was a loyal dedicated man as his 48 years of service at Canada Safeway shows. He would give his last penny to anyone that needed it even if he didn’t have it to spare. His kindness and generosity knew no bounds, even in death he continues to give by organ donation . He will be forever remembered and missed. As per Wayne’s request the family will hold a private ceremony later this spring. if you care to make a donation in his name to heart and stoke or to the cross cancer please do so in leu of flowers.
Wayne was a super human being.,worked with him many years and never heard a bad word about him. Take care Annette

So sorry for your loss. I worked with him at Safeway…. He was always so kind and would help you any time you asked. What I remember most was when he smiled it lit up his entire face.
