It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chris after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Janice, his sons Ryan and Ted (Carmen), his siblings Fofi, Nick, and Soula, along with their families.
Chris will be remembered for his kindness, strength, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew him.

I am so very so to hear of Chris’ passing. My grandparents, Tom and Eileen met Chris many, many years ago through the first location of his restaurant and simply adored Chris. They would always bring my sister and I to eat and I remember as a young girl him always being so kind. He would always make an effort to connect with us. I ended up working for Chris at his St Albert location for 7 years. He was such a brilliant man, a gentle and caring man. I adored his wife, sons, brother, nephews. It was a true family affair and I have so many memories from those years. Sending you my deepest condolences.
