Gloria Virginia Burgess Redwood

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Gloria V. Burgess, daughter of George Redwood and Margaret (Nee Lavallee). She is predeceased by her husband Howard Burgess, and siblings Joseph, Joan, and Lawrence. She leaves behind her sister Vera and daughters Carol (Brad), Patti (Trevor), and son Richard. Grandchildren Nicky, Ricky, Jesse, Tristin, Tiffany and Trace. Great-grandchildren Marissa and Violet. And so so many other family members and friends she cared for deeply. She passed on November 29, 2024 with family at her side, at Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton Alberta. She will be lovingly remembered and so deeply missed by all of her family and friends.

My dear Auntie my memories of will always stay in my heart from taking me in when I was young was always a Safe and happy place for me go to. Your laughter,easy going personality was so calming . I will miss your calls and long chats catching up on family. But I will miss your precence the most.

My deepest condolences, to you all, she was loved by many family members, she was lots of fun, I had some great times with her. She was always on my mind to go visit. At least we were able to visit on the phone. Going to miss her voice, her laughing, the big beautiful smile.
