Patricia Ann Hepfner
Patricia Ann Hepfner (nee Charpentier), 74, of Camrose, died November 30, 2023, at the Galahad Care Centre in Alberta, after a valiant fight with dementia and brain cancer.
She was born on June 29, 1949, to Elizabeth (Descheneau) and Charles Charpentier in Camrose, Alberta. The youngest of six children. She lived almost her whole life in Camrose. In her younger years, she enjoyed jigging the Duck dance and Red River jig with her sisters. Patricia was also a proud member of the Metis Nation of Alberta. She loved animals and had taken in many cats and the occasional dog over the years.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 23 years, Bill Hepfner. Children, Patrick (Lori) Blatz, Nicole (Kevin) Maneschyn. Grandchildren, Gabrielle Blatz, Shayla Blatz (Donald Lizee), Juliana and Claire Maneschyn. Siblings, Norman Charpentier and June Sampson. Brother-in-law, Herb Barker. Loyal cats, Decker (Dolly) and Boogie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including her goddaughter, Beverly Wasylenchuk.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Charles Charpentier. Siblings, Josephine Hunt, Ruby Barker, and John Charpentier.
Funeral services will be performed by Father Garry LaBoucan in a private family ceremony at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Camrose, AB. Date and time to be announced.
Interment to follow at Valleyview Cemetery in Camrose, AB.
