With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Stephanie Parsons, who was surrounded by love as she left us on March 18, 2025.

Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Stephanie was part of a large and loving family that grew even bigger when she married Garry Sherwood Parsons, who predeceased her on April 8, 2022. Together, their adventures took them across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Florida. No matter where life led her, Stephanie embraced it with passion and an unstoppable zest.

She was a devoted wife, sister, aunt, great-aunt, great-great-aunt, and a fiercely loyal friend. Even later in life, she continued to form deep and lasting connections, a testament to her warmth and unwavering spirit. Though she carried a tough exterior, her love for family and friends was limitless.

The family extends their deepest gratitude to the incredible team at the Roozen Family/Pilgrims Hospice in Edmonton, Alberta, for their compassionate care in Stephanie’s final months.

Honoring her wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. Instead, she asked that you raise a glass in her memory, smile, cherish the good times, and, if you’re inclined, consider making a donation to Roozen Family/Pilgrims Hospice —an organization that gave her many "firsts", which she came to love, deeply admire, and found comfort in.
