It is with great sadness the families of Eileen Lloyd and Donald Ternes announce the passing of their daughter Dawn on April 21, 2024 at the age of 39. Dawn leaves to mourn her long time partner Sang Nguyen and their daughter Zoe, as well as eldest daughter Kiara Bass. Dawn is survived by her mother Eileen, her father Donald (Lorelei), her siblings Carwyn (Alice) Lloyd, Daniel (Rachelle) Ternes, Carys (Michael) Dzierzecki, and Sahril (George) Ternes. Dawn was predeceased by her grandparents, Mike and Rose Schneider and Eugene and Anna Ternes, and her stepdad Frank Lloyd. A Funeral Mass open to all who would like to attend will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church 13131-86 Street NW, on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 11:00 am.

I have been a very close friend of Dawns for nearing 20 years <3 Dawn was always the funniest and most caring friend 🙂 She would come to visit me in the summers in Nelson BC and for skiing up at Whitewater ski hill. Always such a laugh !
I know Im not the only who will miss her dearly. We always had such happy times and Im sure her family and girls will remember all the good and what a heart and soul <3
