Troy Austin Thibault
With heavy hearts and great sadness, we share the passing of Troy Austin Thibault on November 2, 2024 at the young age of 31 years old; surrounded by his loving family. Troy went peacefully to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Troy will be supremely missed by his momma Shannon (Murray), Todd Hudson, brother Tyson, Ty (Jeanette), nephew Robbie, niece Ruby, sister Tenesee (Patrick), Meme, Uncle Shane, Aunty Arwen, Aunty Scarla, Uncle Pat, Uncle Sharrod, Aunty Rene and his loving cousins Tekoa (who shared the same birthday), Trinity, Tre, Wyatt, Ward, West, Jaylon, Jaina, Eva, Malissa and Jonah. Troy will get to celebrate in heaven with Pepe who left us January 20, 2024 and with precious cousin Riley who left us August 1, 1998.
Troy was the first of four children born September 18, 1993 in Saskatoon, SK. He was the first grandchild of 15 grandchildren to Robert and Terry Thibault (Pepe & Meme).
What we all loved about Troy was his quirky sense of humour, his kind and faithful heart, his strong laugh with his gorgeous smile and deep brown eyes, and his unconditional love for his momma, brothers and sister. He always felt the need to watch over his family. If ever Shannon needed the help around the houses, Troy was the faithful one to help right to the end.
Troy was involved in hockey, ball hockey, soccer and snowboarding. Troy was quite the warrior and the leader of the pack when it came to skate boarding and crazy activities like the beer wars/egg fights or jumping off the roof of the house into the pool or the snow banks or onto the trampoline...quite the fearless one with a tenacious spirit.
Our sorrow at Troy's passing cannot actually be put into words; however, our love for Troy and memories of him will live with us forever.
WE ARE TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE HAD YOU IN OUR LIVES TROY!!
We would love to express our thanks to the ICU staff at Royal Alexandra Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care for Troy.
Celebration of Troy's Life will be held the first week of February 2025 and we hope all who loved Troy will be a part of his memorial.

Shannon and Family.
I am really and truly sorry to hear of the devastating loss of your eldest son Troy. Although I never knew Troy on a personal basis other than to talk to him for a few minutes a couple of times when he lived across the alley in Shannon’s small house she had purchased just months before our conversations. He seemed like a very personable and respectful gentleman who was polite and well mannered.
‘Rest in Peace young man.’
My condolences to the entire Thibault Family, Relatives and close Friends.
