Muriel passed away peacefully at Holsome Place, in Edmonton, Alberta, at the age of 82. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Cindy (Stephen); her son Jason (Angeline); her grandchildren Caitlin (Mathew), Jesse, Austin, Charlotte; her great-grand children Joey and Sawyer; her sisters Dora and Claudette of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as well as, numerous nieces and nephews. Muriel was predeceased by her parents Omer and Gabrielle; her husband Richard; her brother Lucien, sisters Irene and Vivian. Mom’s greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed playing with her grandkids, reading, gardening and watching game shows. She will be deeply missed.

A special thank you to all Muriel’s caring and compassionate caregivers at Holsome Place. Also, a note of appreciation to Father Mirek, of Good Shepherd Parish, who was of great comfort to Mom.
At her request, there will be no funeral service. A private interment of Muriel’s cremated remains will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton.
