What To Expect

The online arrangement process can take 30-45 minutes to complete. Before you begin, please ensure you have the deceased's Alberta Health Care Number, Social Insurance Number and Driver's License number (if applicable). In the event you can't find specific information or you may need to talk to another family member, our website is designed so that you can log out and return to complete the arrangements where you left off. Selection of Documents and Funeral Merchandise

Begin by selecting any additional documents you may require. Then, you will need to select a cremation container (weight restriction) and cremation urn. You will also be given the option to select other services and merchandise. *Most families select choose Final Document Service.

Payment and electronic document signature

Once you have selected your services and merchandise, you can pay for the cremation services via secure checkout. You will then be redirected to a page where the cremation authorization form will load for your initials and signature.

Collection of Vital Statistics Information of the deceased

The Vital Statistics information you provide is required to register the death with Alberta Vital Statistics and issue Funeral Directors Statements of Death.

Collection or delivery of cremated remains

You will be notified once the cremation has taken place, and an appointment will be made to pick up the cremated remains. Cremated remains can be picked up at our pickup location, 11414-119 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you choose registered mail, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
