Delivery Options

After cremation has taken place, the cremated remains and documents can be picked up at our pickup location or sent to you via registered mail. An appointment to pick up the cremated remains is required and can be made by calling 780-221-4445.

The person collecting the cremated remains and related documents must be 18 years of age or older in the Province of Alberta and possess a valid government-issued identification card or other identifying document (e.g.: Driver's License, Passport).

If you choose pickup at our office, pickup is available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

If you choose Registered Mail we will ship the cremated remains via Canada Post Registered mail service.
