Jon’s funeral will be held on May 14 at 3:30 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 17416 -115 Street, Edmonton, Alberta. A private burial will be held at a later date. Please note there is no smoking on church grounds.

its been over a decade since we spoke and I just heard about your passing. We had our differences and its probably best we went our own ways. I’ll never forget you though. Before we were even friends, Ash told you I had an apartment with no furniture, and you showed up with a brand new couch, and all I could think was “who the f*** is this guy?” When you heard i was broke and hungry you showed up at my door with bags of food. You never had any reason to do it. You never asked for anything in return. And you never embarrassed me by bringing it up in front of other people. You always had some love and respect in my heart for that.
Give a the chicken heads in heaven a big ol “YOO HOO” for me.
