Shirley was born in Two Hills,AB and was known for her determination and zest for life. She loved to sing and enjoyed playing bingo. Shirley battled parkinson`s disease for 4 years and passed away at the age of 81.
Harry was born in Two Hills, AB and farmed for most of his life. He raced pony chuckwagons and chariots. Harry was straight forward and let you know where you stood. Harry passed away suddenly on Dec.15 2025 at the age of 80.
They both shared a passion for horses whether it was watching them race or just turned out to pasture.
Shirley and Harry are survived by their daughter Sharon Motowylo and their sons Mike Motowylo (Sherry), Obrey Motowylo (Angie) and Dudley Motowylo as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and grandchildren who were their greatest pride and joy.
Shirley and Harry were married for 60 years and he missed her dearly after her death. It has been 5 months since her passing and they are now reunited again. Shirley and Harry both resided in Two Hills until their passing.
May they rest in peace together. A celebration of life with the family will be held at a later date.
I came to know Harry when Shirley moved to Mundare. He was a man of great stature, but an even greater heart. His love for Shirley was unwavering—a true testament to the depth of his character.
