John Michael Burke, 55 of Edmonton AB, Passed away on Sept 29 2026, at the University of Edmonton Hospital. Born on Aug 14th, 1971, in Moncton NB, He was the Beloved son of Gloria Wigmore of Moncton NB, and the Late John Burke of Montague PEI.
Mike grew up in Moncton Nb & Montague PEI, where he found his love for Music, Cooking. Mike loved to have fun with his MANY friends and family, Loved going to Bingo , and spending time at the Casino. But most of all he loved being with Doreen, the Love of his Life. he will be deeply missed by many.
Pre-Deceased by his Partner Doreen O`Brien, Aunt Christine Bourque And Grandparents John & Dolly (Doris) Wigmore, Charles & Mary Burke.
He is Survived by his Mother Gloria Wigmore, Brother Kevin James (Jamie) Burke, Cousins: Colin, Kellie, Curtis & Tasha as well as Nathalie & Katia, Sofie & Grant. Cathy and John Wigmore of Moncton NB. Anne ,Charles & Hibbert Family of Greenwood NS (formerly of Montague PEI). As well as the Entire O’Brien Family (Sharon, Lee, Craig & the Whole Family) Many Nieces and Nephews. And many other Extended Family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date for Friends and family.
